Excavator Needed for Farm Pond (Texarkana)

Severely overgrown farm pond in need of excavator work. Needing someone with experience in excavating a pond filled with vegetation (mainly cattails). Prefer someone willing to wait and start in the colder months when the cattails are dormant. I would prefer the work done in phases to help manage cost.
